I have been certified through American Red Cross since December 26, 2007. I grew up originally in Newport, Michigan and grew up babysitting family friends children. I have always had fun interacting with the kids and doing things such as outdoor activities, coloring, or little crafts as well. I would say I am fit for babysitting through my personal experiences from previous babysitting jobs, and can easily accommodate you. I love animals as well, I own my own pets so that is not an issue. I am currently looking for some babysitting jobs near Wilmington, North Carolina since my husband is in an academy nearby, so I have moved here temporarily with family to be close to him. I think this is a great opportunity to grow as well since I am only nine credits away from my Bachelor's Degree in sociology. My minor is psychology, and I actually would Read more like to work with kids and younger adults. I am looking into maybe counseling for my future, but any experience interacting with kids I think can help benefit me in the long run for my future. I also grew up volunteering from when I was in a catholic school as a kid all the way to my college career. I have been involved in many groups throughout my life such as a church youth group, National Honor Society, Student Council, and a local sorority at my college that helped me gain more experience in reaching out to my community and volunteering as well.
