My name is Sandra and I am the mother of two grown children. I had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for many years and had a state licensed in-home day care. My specialty was newborns and I was lucky enough to have some of them stay with me until they were school age. Life changes put me out into the corporate world but I have always missed being a childcare provider. My goal is to get back into that area because it brought me so much more fulfillment than what I have been doing for the last decade. Although during that time I did put myself through school to get a Bachelor's degree which was always a goal of mine to have one day. Ideally I would love to find a family that has a need of a full-time nanny/sitter. My home is always open for that prospect Read more but I am also able to go to the family's home. But I am also seeing the need for the occasional sitter to give parents the opportunity to run errands, have me time, or enjoy a date night – without worrying about the little ones at home.
