I love being a babysitter/nanny because caring for children has always been a passion for me. I've always wanted to be a pediatric nurse. Creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment allows kids to feel secure and grow, and I take pride in being someone families can trust and depend on. I truly enjoy engaging with children in creative activities, helping with homework, and being part of their daily routines. I have been nannying all throughout high school and some of my college years whenever I am able to go home. This has given me hands-on experience with children of various ages from infants to teens and has given me experience with more than one child at once. My basic sitting skills include meal preparation, bottle feeding, diaper changing, supervising playtime, assisting with homework, maintaining routines, and ensuring safety and maintaining a cleanly environment at all times. In addition to Read more my childcare experience, I also have a strong background in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant with homeware experience. This has provided me with important skills such as monitoring well-being, assisting with daily needs, and responding quickly to emergencies. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well. My combination of childcare and healthcare experience allows me to provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care- giving parents peace of mind and children a caring, safe environment to thrive.
