I have previously worked at a daycare center with kids ages 4-13 for 2 years. In addition to that I currently work with children and adults with disabilities at an agency called Pride. I have been there for 3 years and have much experience working with children with all different abilities and ranging from age 2-21. I am CPR/first aid certified, a licensed direct support professional, and have other training that I have received from my job. I especially love spending time outdoors, watching and participating in sports, and different arts/crafts. I am able to provide a fun, safe, and loving environment with children and am very outgoing, reliable, and open to new things. I have been able to develop strong relationships with the families and children I currently work with and believe communication and working together is key! Currently, I am going to be a junior at University of Read more Mary and I am majoring in early childhood, elementary, and special education. I have a decently flexible schedule and will be finished with class every day by the latest of noon come this fall. There are a few days that I am finished earlier than that and would be willing to give the specific days. I really enjoy working with children and quite frankly cannot see myself doing anything else!
