Besides having had 20+ years of experience babysitting/nannying/and tutoring children 0-14 + years, I have had one of my own which has deepened my understanding and helped me realize the importance of each child’s individuality. It has also given me insight from a parents perspective. :) I enjoy children, I love sharing their achievements, helping them conquer their challenges, and being, not only a caregiver, but a friend. I focus on giving the attention and care they deserve, involving them in hands on activities according to their level and capacity.
