I had the pleasure of caring for a beautiful family for over 10 years. During that time, their family grew from only two daughters to seven. I had a wide range of responsibilities including household chores (laundry, cleaning, preparing meals), driving to and from activities, helping with homework, and simply having fun with the girls. My time with this family ended as I pursued my teaching career. I gained valuable experience as a substitute before teaching 1st grade for 2 years and 2nd grade for the past 3 years. I am certified early childhood through sixth grade. We recently relocated to Chicago for my husband to attend law school. Because of the move and a new addition to our family, I am taking some time off from the classroom. My passion for working with kids remains.
