I’m currently a high school chemistry teacher, in my 4th year. Previously I was a full time (M-F) nanny for a 5 year old girl for about 4 months. I was responsible for meal prep, transportation as needed, and care. I spent a great deal of time babysitting in late middle school/ early high school. I babysat a 6 year old boy everyday after school for about a year and a half. I also did occasional babysitting for an infant and a toddler. I have done multiple different volunteer opportunities that involve spending time with children. I volunteered at United South End Settlements as a Teacher's Assistant for infants/toddlers. I was a mentor/teacher to a class of K/1st grade girls for an organization called Science Club for Girls. I did this once a week for three years.
