I have a lot of experience with babysitting from ages <1 year to around 12 years old! I have also had experience with tutoring kids around the 9-13 years old which gives me good experience to help with homework, etc. I am a freshman in the College of General Studies at Boston University and am looking for some part time work on weekends or possibly one weekday (around 5-6 hrs a week). I recently had a gap semester where I spent most of it (32 hrs a week) nannying for two different families (one boy - 1 y/o and the other family 2 girls - 2 and 4 y/o) and I really grew to love the work and the kids so much so I’m hoping to find that here as well! I have babysitting experience with children ages 5 months-8 years and have been babysitting since age 15 for family and family friends. I sometimes babysit for my cousins child who is 22 months almost 2! Back in august I babysat at a church event and I had 6 kids at once from ages 1-7 years! I am great with infants and toddlers! I currently sit for a 3 month old girl on friday afternoons! I also sit for a 10 year old girl every other weekend! I'm CPR & First Aid certified for infants, children, and adults. I have reliable transportation and can help with light cooking, meal prep, laundry, school pick-ups/drop-offs, and walking kids to the bus stop. I'm comfortable with dogs and cats and can provide dog walking for small-medium dogs ($10-$20 if separate; free during babysitting). I'm available most days except Wednesdays, including weekdays 8am-5 p.m. and weekend evenings 3-11 p.m. My rate is $20/hr for one child and $22/hr for two or more. I have worked in various different classrooms and other babysitting jobs! - I had so many lovely minis that would rely on me to help them understand their homework, help them with their hair , show me their art work and project from class and of course you cannot forget the piggyback rides! ! I have also worked with baby’s who are just hitting milestones - tummy time is always fun ! Helping them step a couple steps never gets old ! And just I love the routines babies have ! Play, eat , sleep and grow up strong and smart ! Keeping that in mind I adore toddlers ! And previous twin toddlers I helped take care of really won my heart over ! Soo smart soo strong already but soo little ! I have experience with difficult kids as well ! And I always use redirection or sometimes they just want someone to understand them ! So with autism and other behavioral issues I am comfortable ! Older kids seem to get along great with me and usually don’t mind having me around anyways ! I can help them with their homework as well and also keep track of where they are going and keeping them out of trouble haha! I know you as parents work hard and just want to come home to your littles- so I don’t mind helping cleaning up or whatever you guys need to be comfortable when you get home !
