I have had the pleasure of working with children most of my life. I started off as a camp counselor at 14 years old and continued to do it every summer up until this past year. I was able to work with many age groups from 3 years old to 8th grade during this time. I am a recent graduate from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA as of May 2020. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Elementary Education. During those four years of college, I was able to work in multiple classrooms as an assistant and student-teacher. I have worked in many classrooms throughout the greater Boston area, including schools in the North End, Brookline, and Roxbury. These classrooms consisted of a kindergarten, 2nd grade, third grade, and 4th-grade classroom. My student teaching was completed in a 4th-grade classroom. I have obtained my Massachusetts Licensure of Read more Elementary Education (Grades 1-6) and my SEI Endorsement. Lastly, I have had experience teaching English in Rome, Italy to 3rd graders, and also babysitting family members throughout my life. I have had ample opportunities to interact with youth, especially at the elementary age. I know many crafts, sports, activities (both educational and leisurely). I hope that I can provide assistance to a lovely family, that is in need of a sitter, nanny, or tutor to help with schooling.
