I have over 6 years of experience working with children of all ages. I've worked with children in schools, babysitting, and in after-school programs. I have a 8 year old of my own and I am up to date on the latest children's movies, games, programs, and activities. I enjoy teaching children through play and everyday activities. I believe that teaching a child at the early stages is the most important role because they are able to grasp more information and continue to build as they grow. I make activities fun and often like to have arts and crafts ready for the children. I do not believe in just sitting children in front of the television as a form of babysitting. I love to engage with the children and get to know them individually. This summer I have activities planned daily, so we are outdoors.
