Hi my name is Karianne and I love being around children. They are so full of amazing energy and such a joy to be around. I am passionate about children because you can learn a lot from them, like how to enjoy the simple things in life. I have lived on the Jersey Shore for the last 18 years with my husband and two daughters. I grew up in Norway and came to America in 1993. My first year in the US, I was working as an au pair in Brooklyn, NY. I got married to my husband soon after earning a Bachelor degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Years later while staying home with my own children I returned to school to get a Master’s Degree in Education. I have raised 2 girls successfully….one finishing college in Norway and returning this summer and one finishing up her freshman year in Florida. In my personal time I enjoy cooking, walking, exercising, gardening, going to the beach and being outdoors. I truly enjoy being with children.
