Hi! I’m Layla, and I'm a psychology student at Monmouth University with a passion for working with children and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for them. While I am new to sitting, I have experience taking care of my younger brother and cousins, as I am the oldest. I previously worked as a mentor for students at my high school, where I helped support and guide younger students while building positive relationships with them. I also have volunteer experience working at community and youth-focused events, which has strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to connect with children of different ages. I’m responsible, dependable, and happy to help with activities, homework, meals, and keeping kids engaged while making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.
