Hello! My name is Alanni Torres, and childcare and education are my passions. I am 21 years old, currently in online college to become a Secondary school English teacher. I have eight younger brothers, so childcare feels like something that comes naturally for me. I first started babysitting at the age of 15, and loved every moment of it. This led me to starting a job at an early childhood learning center pretty soon after graduating high school. I started at the center as an assistant teacher, and have worked my way up to becoming the lead teacher in my classroom. I absolutely love my job, and all that comes with it. Seeing the children grow into their own personalities, watching them gain confidence, and being there for them through new experiences is what makes every day interesting and fulfilling. We are always doing handwriting practice, arts and crafts, music Read more and movement, and so much more that I'm excited to apply to babysitting. I am CPR certified as well as first aid certified.
