Hi, my name is Louie Tarabocchia and I am a Senior at the Bergen County Academies. I am in the engineering academy and looking to pursue a career in Biomedical Engineering in the future. I am a Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for Fairview Emergency Medical System, which means I am a certified EMT as well as CPR certified. In addition to these certifications, in order for me to become an EMT I had to undergo a complete background check through the town of Fairview. I have two younger siblings and ever since I became a teenager my parents have relied on me to care for both of them while my parents were not home. In addition to this valuable experience, I have had to watch over my younger cousin multiple times whenever needed.
