Karina agreed to be our babysitter for our two kids for a few hours while we were in New Jersey for one night to attend a party. We had many email and text exchanges right up to the morning of the day she was going to take care of our kids. When we arrived at the place we were supposed to meet, she wasn't there. We tried to call her but she never picked up and never called. She simply ignored our calls and in the end we had no one to look after our kids. Since then, she has never communicated to explain what happened. I've never come across such callous unprofessionalism. I hope no one else is unlucky enough to rely on Karina. We deeply regret not selecting one of the other seven babysitters that had expressed an interest in looking after our kids.
