Hello! my name is Alexis. I am born and raised right here in New Jersey. I am 28 years old. At a very young age I began helping my mom with caring for children, she had an in home daycare which eventually lead her to open up Rachaels Kids Care a full blown 60+ kids daycare. I have over ten years of experience including babysitting, pre-school teaching and most Importantly I am a mommy of two beautiful girls ages 7 and 2. I have experience with all ages and am completely comfortable with multiple children at a time. I have my license and my own transportation and would have no problem helping out with pick up from school etc as well would be happy to help with cooking/light cleaning/getting homework done etc. While caring for children I love going outside and playing, getting creative with arts and crafts, turning on Read more our imaginations during creative play, reading stories, or cuddling up on the couch and having a special movie night! As I said, I am a mommy myself and understand how important it is to have someone you can truly trust caring for your children, I have a TON of references if needed of happy parents of children i have cared for. Many parents of children I’ve cared for or still babysit would tell you it feels like they are leaving their kids in the hands of a family member and can feel at ease during their work day or go out and really enjoy that date night knowing that I love and care for their children as I do my very own. There truly is nothing more rewarding then watching children, they don’t judge they love you unconditionally, and have such amazing fun energy.
