I have had multiple jobs that have prepared me to have a babysitting job, including working as a camp counselor with younger kids. I have been a camp counselor at a summer camp for the past 3 summers in a row. I've had to chaperone, teach, tutor, and discipline children that range from the kindergarten to third grade age group.
