Growing up, my mother has had her own babysitting business run in our home ever since I could remember. I was always surrounded by children and discovered my love for caring for them at a. very young age. I am currently studying nursing at the University of Delaware. I have 5+ years of paid experience as a babysitter/nanny and have gained experience in skills such as responsibility, dependability, creativity and patience. The nature of my studies has also prepared me well for a position such as this one, as I am BLS CPR certified and have extensive knowledge of child development. I consider myself to be a friendly, efficient and enthusiastic worker. I believe I would be the ideal candidate based on the fact that I am so passionate about caring for children and hope to eventually have a career in pediatrics.
