Jody responded to my ad for transportation. In Jody's profile, she is asking for $10 - $15/hour. My job requirement was for an organized individual with a valid drivers license and a clean record. Well maintained car is provided. Her initial response to my application was that the job does not pay enough for a driver who has to use their own car. I referred her back to the job post which clearly states that the car is provided. This job pays $12/hour (well within her requested range) and requires no only transportation by a pleasant employee who enjoys being around fun-loving teenagers. Great job for a college student. Jody's next response was to complain and call me cheap. Doesn't make any sense. Better not to hire someone like this and have to later face a disgruntled person driving your kids around.
