As the eldest of four children, I’ve been caring for others for most of my life—starting at just ten years old when I helped raise my younger siblings, including a set of twins, due to financial hardship in my family. Since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience with children ranging from 8 months to 16 years old, supporting their learning, routines, and emotional development with empathy and structure. I hold a degree in Sociology, which has deepened my understanding of child development, family dynamics, and communication. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Twi (a Ghanaian language), and love connecting with children through language, storytelling, and play. My interests include reading, hiking, and music—all things I enjoy incorporating into educational and creative moments with the kids I care for.
