Dear Parents -For all your Date Nights and Weekend breaks, I am here to help you! care, nurture, love, and teach your children and ensure a safe environment. My name is Raquel and I have over 20 years of experience caring for children. I am a mom myself having my 2 teenage children and taking care of toddlers, pre and elementary school-age children of family and friends casually since I was a teenager. I am totally comfortable and a natural in relating and engaging with them. I enjoy being animated and playful in engaging and teaching. I believe in balancing their activities with outdoor physical activities and learning engagement through reading and discussions to elevate their minds. Each child is unique and so I take the time to evaluate and understand them, manage their time and behavior being patient but ensuring leading by example with discipline. I am ok with Read more pets except for large dogs. I am currently scheduled to do my CPR and First Aid Training and I am a Non-Smoker with a clean driving record. I am available for weekends as I am doing this service on a part-time basis and am willing to do light housekeeping. I may also be available for some weekdays between 6 pm and 10 pm.
