Hello! My name is Jakelin, and I am currently finishing up my freshmen year at Penn State University. I am searching for a family in Jersey City, Hoboken, or NYC to help them during the the months of May to late August. Luckily I come from a large family, which has led me to rack up a good number of years taking care of children. During high school, I used to volunteer at Hudson Montessori in Downtown Jersey City over the summer. Throughout this time, I was constantly babysitting children on weeknights. I am comfortable babysitting children ranging from the ages of 1 to 12 years old. While babysitting, it can be expected of me to prepare meals, do some light housekeeping, take the children out on walks, to the park, keep them engaged in educational activities, and help with any pet duties, if necessary.
