Hi my name is Karyssa. I am 21 and currently attending Kean University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology. I have always had a love for children while watching them learn and grow. I have younger siblings myself and have worked within multiple preschools. During high school I majored in child and personal development. We held a class program everyday and I was able to be a head leader of these children teaching them new cognitive and motor skills. I have also completed an internship at the Douglas Preschool specifically dealing with children who have disabilities. My two younger brothers have also been diagnosed with Autism and ADHD and I feel as though this has allowed me to learn new ways and techniques to bond and assist young children.
