I am a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Earth Science. I currently possess my Standard Certificate in grades P-3 and K-5 as well as my Special Education Certification. Currently I am tutoring Grades K-5 and am an aide in a Kindergarten Classroom and I love it! I am trained in Reading and Writing Workshop as well. My most recent teaching experience was in a Special Education first grade classroom in an inclusion setting in Maplewood, New Jersey. Prior to that, I worked as a Preschool General Education teacher in an inclusion classroom in Maplewood, New Jersey as well. There I was trained to use the New Jersey Early Learning Assessment (ELAS) as well as Creative Curriculum. I have also gained experience as a substitute teacher in grades K-5. I also have experience babysitting infants, toddlers, and 5-year-olds!!
