Hi! My name is Ciara and I'm a recent graduate of Montclair Kimberly Academy and will be commuting to Rutgers in the fall. In 2009, I became a certified babysitter by the American Red Cross in Summit, NJ, and have been taking care of children in my family ever since. I have the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. My baby cousin is one years old and I care for him often, and I have an uncle (yes, uncle) who I've cared for for 7 years. I know how to keep children safe and help them to behave and I know about basic first aid. Aside from babysitting, I am a leader in my community with over 200 hours of community service -- I volunteered at Montclair Family Services, Newark City Hall and Succeed 2gether Summer Enrichment program in Montclair.
