As a college student, my experience with children go back to as early as my summer before high school. First, I started off as being a volunteer for a camp. My first couple of years of high school consisted of more professional and medical-based internships. Then, towards the end of high school I became a tutor while being able to coach a middle school's basketball team while working up to be a summer camp counselor. There were certifications and courses to undergo when becoming a coach and camp counselor.
