My love for children began at the age of 6 when I was able to watch my aunt give birth to my little cousin. Growing up, I took upon roles such as being a Sunday school teacher at church. With this position, I was able to directly work with children of ages 5 to 12 for a long period of time. In addition to that, being that I am the oldest child in my family, I had the privilege of helping my mother raise my little siblings (who are twins by the way). There were times where I was left with them alone and through those experiences, I learned how to properly deal with children. I love kids and that is why my career goal is to one day become an Obstetrician/Gynecologist or a Pediatrician. I also hope to start my own charitable foundation that will enable me to partake Read more in the care and health of newborn babies in developing countries after I complete my undergraduate education. Kids are a blessing so every opportunity I will get to spend time with them, I appreciate.
