I would seriously consider not contacting this person. I made contact with Nicole, discussed rates and availability and set up an appointment to meet with my grandmother and go through an interview. I initiated a background check and scheduled the interview through SitterCity, she did not allow or authorize the background check. On the day of the interview, she never showed up, no calls, no texts no email just didn't show up. I attempted to call her, text her, emailed her and tried to contact her through SitterCity but there was NO response. I guess it's up to you if you decide to contact her but this is just my experience.

Nicole is such a caring and patient person with kids and babies! Our baby is so happy to spend time with her! Such a relief when we go to work an we know he's safe! We love Nicole and definitely recommend her!
