I have completed three years of child development in High School. In this class setting we learned how to understand how children grow and develop. As a class we were able to take care of them, and write lesson plans for the children. It was a very nice experience, and I learned a lot. I love children, and I know what it takes to be a good babysitter. The class taught us that all children are different and learn differently. I learned how to make amends to my plans in order to make each child prosper in the learning environment I provided for them. I always watch my cousins during the summer. They are 6 and 8, and I never have difficulties with making sure they are occupied and safe at all times. For completing child development in HS and earning an A all three years, I was awarded a Read more certificate for my excellent work. I took the child development test and passed, as well. I also worked for a Daycare called Educare. This experience taught me a lot too. It was very similar to my Highschool setting, however I learned how to face new challenges, and become a better care taker/ teacher/ babysitter.
