She was friendly enough but did not meet up to the standards she had set forth in her interview with us. She mentioned setting up a structure or a routine for kids, keeping them safe etc. we did not feel she delivered on these. Additionally she had a very my way or the high way approach to doing things and was generally unwelcoming of any feedback we had for her. She did not last long with us since she was not the right fit.
