My name is Kylie Mandeville and I am available to babysit starting in June 2024. I recently had the privilege of spending more one-on-one time with my 7 year old cousin and the joy of that has sparked my interest in providing babysitting services. My prior experience (aside from watching family members) has been as an after-school tutor for elementary age students and in curriculum development for an organization that matches LGBTQ+ youth with mentors. Other experiences like volunteering at a harm reduction organization in Philadelphia, being an administrator at a community college, and working in customer service have honed my skills in communicating respectfully and helping people get their needs met with care and dignity. I love the excitement and energy that children bring to the everyday and would love the opportunity to learn from/with them. I have very open availability from the beginning of June to the end of August, after which I will be starting my Master in Social Work and will have more limited hours through the fall.
