Hello, my name is Sarah. I am 23 years old and live in the area of Scotch Plains NJ. I am very responsible when it comes to children. I am a full time Mother at the moment, CHHA ,and will be attending classes for medical assisting online. I have always been very involved in helping guide and care for my younger brother and sister. On top of that, I have been actively babysitting and taking care of young children since the age of 18. I have been the main caregiver at my church for 3 years now and work with children from infancy to school aged. I truly focus on engaging children in various activities that are age appropriate. I encourage outdoor activity when the weather permits and guiding children to use their imagination. Although we live in a time where electronics are very accessible, balance is important. Children learn Read more best from face to face interaction and enjoy it! I love doing things from reading books, coloring, drawing, building blocks, counting, letters etc! I also love to sing nursery rhymes. I have always thought of fun and educational ways to help children learn and develop. I have a very patient and gentle personality which is crucial. I believe taking care of children with consideration and acknowledgement of what the parents want should always be a priority. Parenting is not always easy ,so I hope I can help a family out in whatever way they are looking for
