I am the proud mother of three adult sons, (28, 25 & 25 years old) two are identical twins. I instilled in them when they were young to be kind to one another, and to work hard in school and their endeavors. They all graduated Rutgers University with honors. Raising three outstanding sons has been my greatest achievement. When they were young I had my hands full, literally. I joined South Jersey Mother’s of Multiples and was an active member. I was on the Recreation Committee and organized a Halloween Party for 80 sets of twins and their families. It was a wonderful experience. After my children entered elementary school I worked for Head Start and then as a Kindergarten Teacher at KinderCare. The following year, their dad was attempting to start a home based business. It became necessary for me to secure full time work which also afforded benefits. Read more Thus, I began my career in the insurance field where I remained for 9 years. I missed teaching & children, and hoped that I could return to it, in the future. When my job ended abruptly at Farmers Insurance I decided to pursue teaching again, and re enter the field as a Substitute Teacher. I was very grateful to be back in the classroom, as a Substitute Teacher, and remained there for approximately 2 1/2 years. I worked this past year as an Instructional Aide because it provided more classroom consistency and a steadier income. The position was not renewed for 2014-15 because of anticipated decline in enrollment. Therefore I have decided I would love to take care of young children in the home as a babysitter/nanny. My own children are establishing their careers and are single with NO plans of marriage in the foreseeable future. I have been working for Macy's in Moorestown almost 4 years as a Part Time Beauty Advisor. I average 12-20 hours per week, evenings and weekends. I have flexibility with my hours also. At this point in my life I want to get enjoyment from my work. I have an affinity for children, and enjoy the fashion and beauty industry too.
