Angela applied for our nanny role and we had a great phone interview. We set up a time for an in-person interview and then connected via text a few times before the interview day. The texts were very friendly and she was clearly excited about the interview. The day of the interview I sent her a text to confirm the time and she completely ghosted me. She did not show for the interview even though I told her that my husband would be returning early from a business trip out of state just so he could meet her as well. I specifically told her when we spoke that we have had no-shows before I would really appreciate it if she could let us know if she would not be able to make it. She wasted our time and it was very disrespectful.
