Glory was the nanny for our 1-year old for over 14 months until a little after our little one turned 2. We couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. From day one, Glory was calm, attentive, and genuinely affectionate—our daughter lit up whenever she walked in. She was willing to really engage with our daughter, doing the messier activities (such as painting on the floor) as well as the easier ones with less clean-up. She was always open and willing to receive any of the ideas or guidance we provided. We appreciated her punctuality, professionalism, and flexibility, especially on short notice. It was clear she prioritized safety and comfort, and we felt completely at ease leaving our most precious little one in her care. We’d welcome Glory back in a heartbeat and recommend her without hesitation! It was very important to me that I paid taxes for my nannies, and Glory was easy to work with on this front. It was hard to find nannies that could do this, and we set her up through a third party payroll system.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Glory as our nanny from when our son was 6 months old until he turned 3. She brought warmth, joy, and deep care into our home every single day. Glory created a nurturing environment where our son thrived—dancing, singing, doing endless arts and crafts, and spending hours outside with chalk, walks, parks, and playgrounds. She took him to library classes and set up fun water table activities on warm days, always finding creative ways to engage and support his development. From the beginning, she embraced our parenting choices with compassion and patience. She supported baby-led weaning and worked through multiple (sometimes unsuccessful) sleep methods without a single complaint—always focused on what was best for our baby. One of the most remarkable gifts she gave our son was the Spanish language. Though we don’t speak it at home, he is now fluent thanks to her consistent and loving immersion. Glory quickly became more than a nanny—she became part of our family. Her love for our son was genuine and unwavering. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking a nurturing co-parent figure—someone who will love and care for your child as deeply as you do. We will always be grateful to her for the joy, learning, and love she brought into our son’s earliest years.
