Where I aided the employment team and their clients with disabilities find jobs according to the client’s qualifications. Other duties including, making resumes with the clients, preparing and taking them to/for interviews, aiding them with counsel and support within their daily lives, giving the clients a positive influence. After aiding the clients and successfully finding a job for them I would visit the client at their jobs making sure they are doing well there and reminding them of their support they have at the center.
