I'm 40 years and a TRUE miracle baby.  I was 1.5 pounds when i was born in New York City Hospital in 1975. My mother was very ill and i had to be taken out early.  I was in an incubator for 6 months before I was able to come home. My father once told me he could fit me in his coat pocket and that i was the size of his palm. 5 months later my mother passed away due to kidney failure, leaving my father to raise 2 infants at the age of 22. He came here from Greece and barely spoke a lick of English, but he did a phenomenal job raising us with my step mother whom he met a few years later. They have been married for over 28 years now i think. I grew up in  Roselle Park with my parents & older brother. Read more I went to Roselle Park High School, I played Softball & did Cheerleading. Upon graduating in 1994, I went to Cittone Institute for Court Stenography. I did that for a few years til i realized it was not for me. I am very much a people person and do not like to be confined to one space. I like to move around a lot so there was no way i was able to sit in a court room, not being able to move or speak for however many hours. I know the money is good, but I am more about being happy with my job then how much money i make After that i got into the restaurant business for a long time, then left and did some paralegal work for an attorney for about a year. After realizing that i am not an office/9-5 person, I went to bartending school and I've been doing that every since. I love bartending, I love the atmosphere, i love the chaos, i love talking/meeting people, making drinks and most of all the money. After 20 years of bartending I decided enough was enough and it was time to move on to something new.  I love dogs, We have an 11 year old Boxer named DALLAS and she's the sweetest thing in the world. She LOVES LOVES babies & children. I belong to the New Jersey Boxer Rescue where i wound up rescuing/fostering and then adopting our now 6 year old boxer Bella.  I do love helping people as well. I was always told that I'm a "healer" and should be a therapist, bartending for so many years, you tend to hear a lot of peoples problems and i love trying to do whatever i can to help someone out or cheer them up.   I have been with one family who found me on this website for 5 years now. Now that the kids are growing up , one is 9 the other 5 they don't really need me on a regular basis but i still remain close with them, and will be for the rest of my life.
