I am the mother of a 2.5 year old. Prior to becoming a parent my passions were in psychology, mental health and helping at-risk youth. I developed a growing passion for working with little ones after becoming a parent. With over 10 years of experience working with children and adolescence as a mentor, tutor, nanny, babysitter and daycare provider, I bring a lot of lived experience and empathy to my work. I am always learning about early childhood development and education, I am registered in the central background registry and I have my pediatric cpr and first aid certification. My special interests are in nature and outdoor play, open ended exploration, curiosity cultivation, nervous system regulation, attachment and a gentle and positive approach to caregiving.
