As a former live in nanny, I took care of a three-year-old and a five-year-old who required special needs. This included preparing and giving medication every morning and evening. I tended to the children twenty-four hours a day. I provided transportation, prepared meals, and tended to the children’s needs. I became a live in nanny to help my close friend's family make a huge transition of welcoming two children into the home. I became a safety monitor for the children to specifically ensure their safety at home and outside the home. It became a great privilege to care and get to know these children.
