Hi! My name is Chris, and I have many, many years of experience working with children of all ages. I started out in high school helping my mother out at her work teaching kindergarten. I worked in her classroom supervising activities and helping with playtime/recess. after I graduated high school I worked in the Dominican Republic at a daycare for factory workers' children, helping with playtime and reading stories at naptime among other duties. I then lived in New Orleans, working with an organization called Playworks, which is a nonprofit that gets at risk youths to express themselves and play in a healthy safe environment on the playground. After New Orleans I started going to college in Incline village, but every summer I teach for a camp called TechKnowHow, based out of the bay area. I started out as an assistant instructor, but they have since then promoted me to Read more lead. I lead a class of about 20 kids in educational activities involving legos and some light robotics. Presently I am looking for any kind of work and since most of my working experience has been with children I believe this is the best bet for me. thanks!
