I first became introduced to being a full-time siter years ago while I was in high school. I was responsible for taking care of a 2 year old child 3 days out of the week while the parents worked in the afternoons. It was then that I developed a passion for working with children and have been building my experience over the years. I've babysat for family members, family friends and for small groups of children during special events. I've organized "kid's play" areas for family reunions and have worked with children in a variety of ways: before/after school care, tutoring, camp counselor, camp coordinator, preschool teacher and assistant director of a childcare center. I am CPR and First Aid certified, background checked through the City of Las Vegas to work with children, well-versed in varying early childhood curriculum and currently hold both a CDA certification as well as an Read more Associate's Degree with several hours of Early Childhood Education training. I’m a current college student majoring in Human Services and graduating this fall.
