Hello, My name is Amelia and I'm currently a Graduate student at UNLV in the Early Childhood Education Program. I obtained my bachelors degree in Elementary Eduction in May 2021. I also currently work at a Preschool as a Head Teacher for infants and have worked there for the past 5 years. Throughout my 5 years experience at the preschool I have worked with ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. I have gone through many trainings and certifiactions through the Childcare Education Institution. My certifications include "Practicing Positive Guidance with Infants and Toddlers" "Children and Grief" "Foundations of Positive Guidance" and "Creating an Eco-Friendly Child Care Environment" to name a few. I am also CPR and first aid certified for infants, child, and adults. I have also been babysitting after work and school for the past three years The children's ages range from 1-7 years old. I have created Read more great relationships with the families I currently work with and love spending time with the children and watching them grow and learn every time I see them. I am very flexible and make the children safety my first priority. I love teaching and love the education I get through my graduate program on being the best teacher I can be. I try my absolute best to bring what I learn to the babysitting jobs I do and make the time I spend with the children fun and educational.
