Hi! I’m a sophomore in college currently looking to earn some extra money before the school year starts, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and pets. Being a sitter is more than just a job to me, it’s a chance to build trust with families, create fun and safe environments, and make a positive impact on someone’s day. I’ve been working with children for several years now. I was a summer camp counselor for four years, where I led groups of kids ages 5 to 11 in games, sports, crafts, and daily activities. I’ve also taken care of my 5-year-old brother, younger cousins, and the children of family friends. These experiences have taught me how to be patient, responsible, and attentive to the unique needs of each child. In addition to childcare, I’ve always had dogs and have dog-sat for friends and neighbors, so I’m very comfortable with Read more pets as well. I can also help out with light housekeeping, meal prep, homework, and general household tasks as needed. As a sitter, I bring a calm, nurturing personality and a lot of real-life experience. I’m reliable, good at problem-solving, and genuinely love making kids feel safe, heard, and entertained.
