Hi! My name is Jay, and I recently graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, where I spent four years heavily involved in athletics, student leadership, campus organizations, and community service. I’ve always enjoyed working with youth and creating positive environments where kids feel supported, encouraged, and safe. Seeing others grow and build confidence is something I genuinely love, and I bring that same energy into every interaction. Through my experience officiating multiple sports across all age groups, I’ve developed strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, leadership, and the ability to maintain structure while still keeping things fun and engaging. I’m someone who can connect well with kids, enforce rules respectfully, and stay calm under pressure. Growing up in the South, I naturally bring a warm, friendly, and upbeat personality that helps families and children feel comfortable around me. This fall, I’ll be moving to pursue my Master’s degree in Higher Read more Education Leadership, and I’m currently looking for part-time evening work while continuing my internship.
