Hi, I’m Gabby! Let me introduce myself! My childcare experience started when I was about 15 when I was hired at the local park district. I was a lifeguard and swim instructor, specializing in the “Parent and Me” infant classes, as well as the independent toddler classes. I taught swimming classes to infants all the way up through age 12 with the park district for four years. I have kept up my CPR and first aid skills since then. In college, I studied Musical Theater and spent my last semester studying in NYC. I was constantly babysitting for professors throughout this period. I graduated Valedictorian and started my full time nanny positions in NYC. I nannied for three different families in NYC until I moved away to pursue grad school with children ranging from eight months to 10 years old on the Upper West Side. Now I am back in Read more the city and looking for babysitting opportunities to supplement my career. Also, I love taking care of kids and want that to be part of my life. My creative background makes me a fun, imaginative, energetic, yet safe guardian. I would love to get to know more about your family and see if this would be a good fit!

Gabby was awesome! I had wanted to pick her but a friend of mine was on the site and offered. Well that friend got sick on the day of and Gabby was a saint. She swooped in to save the day! She was on time and so personable. I knew from the interview that she was so easy to talk to and would get along great with my princess. My daughter adored her and can’t wait for the next time she gets to have Gabby watch her.
