I am a 26 year old college graduate. I've done volunteer work assistant teaching and tutoring at Sunday schools and elementary schools near my college in Ohio. During college I spent the summers as a counselor for Northlight Theater day camp, where I enjoyed making up songs with the campers and directing them in plays. While at this camp I also taught improv, playwriting, and puppet making classes to kids from 3rd to 6th grade. I love making kids laugh and helping them find what they're best at, encouraging them to try new things while watching them learn and succeed. I have experience with both toddler twins and triplets, and I understand the importance of multiples each getting individual attention. I love providing for children of all ages, and I've worked closely with several families which has provided me with the privilege of watching their children grow from toddlers to Read more pre-teens. I have cared for a child with epilepsy and a child with autism. What I've loved most about nannying in the past is the close relationship I've developed with children as I've watched them grow and learned about their interests. I've nannied for a family with four children, one of whom had epilepsy, a family with triplet boys, and also a family with twin toddler boys and their infant sister. I'm happy to safely drive the children to and from their various activities and I'm always punctual in doing so. I have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. I also enjoy doing art projects with the kids and playing games as well as taking them to the park and the pool for some good exercise. I can make a delicious pb and j and I love reading with children--sharing favorite books and making up stories with them as well.

Rachel sat for my two girls, ages 4-7, full-time while my full-time nanny was out on maternity leave, 2012-2013. Rachel was incredible. Had my former nanny not returned, we would have been lucky to keep Rachel with our family. She was very open, kind, easy-going with our children. She took all communication well regarding instructions and she was just a pleasure and relayed all relevant points about the girls day when I returned home at night. My girls love her. She had the maturity to tell me that a particular friend was not being "constructive" with my daughter, she often said, "no," to dessert requests made by my children - that was impressive!, and she was always early.
