Introduction: Hello my name is Kelly Lavoy. I recently completed three years of attending college at SCCC, and my major was Early Childhood. I have my own two Boston Terriers so I am pet friendly. I love the screaming, crying, messy balls of snot, and everything else that come with it, just so I can be in the child's life because there is nothing more I want than a smile at the end of the day. On a more personal level, children of special needs I can closely relate with, because I had learning impairments. Children that become easily frustrated or are different at a younger age I seem to have a closer relation with. Babies get along well with me, but each of their personalities is different. I enjoy any child over all because with the or dealing with each obstacle, I see it as more of a chance for a child to learn more. A child can learn at any age, and I feel as a care giver my job to treat each child with respect and help ensure their success.
