I began my work in childcare 4 years ago as a CIT at a summer camp and continued working there the following year teaching outdoor skills. Eliza is everything you want in a caretaker. She has a very genuine, warm personality. She is dependable - always on time and never missed a day without good reason or pre-approval. She is incredibly patient and stays calm under pressure. She is also very helpful with other tasks. She has great judgment and is trustworthy. We were 100% comfortable having her look after my infant and haven’t been able to find anyone else quite like her!
