My typical day at work consists of keeping the babies on a good feeding and sleeping schedule. But also making sure they’re developmentally progressing. I’m currently in school as a psychology major and plan on becoming and pediatric OT therapist I like working with kids because I like to be part of their development. I am applying to doctorate programs PhD this fall, because I want to become a child psychologist. I have worked in several day cares such as Happy Hearts, Little Learners, and New York Sports Club. I have worked with infants to children thirteen years old. I was also a camp counselor at Camp Kiwi, for several years. I have worked with children with Autism, and children who have mental health issues at Four Winds Hospital. The mental disorders were depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and schizophrenia.
