My name is Mavel Mena. I am 22 years old. I am Dominican but i grew up in Spain. Therefore, my native language is Spanish. When I was 15 years old I came to the United States. I got my High School diplome and now I'm studying communication at Lehman College. Since always I have been like a iman to kids. It is easy for me to get alone with them and viseversa. I really love kids because their happyness, their innocent, to see them growing is something that I enjoy, it full me of love. My experience as a babysitter started when my cousin was born...I took care of her since she was 3weeks old. She said her first words with me and gave her first steps with me too. I love her so much. Also I babysitter my mother' friends children. When i came to New York my Read more first job was to take care of two lovely boys of 4 and 7 years old. I used to go to pick them up to school, take them to karate classes and then help them to do their homework and stay with them till her mother or sister came to pick them up. My mature personality is what have helped me a lot to get jobs as babysitter. I love to play with my children act silly, but i also love to teach them and encourage them to success in life. Besides, all that I also know how cook, do laundry and run errands.
